答:一般,潜水泵电线发热不出水是因为其通过的电流超过了额定安全载流量!俗称“超载”!
导致超载有以下几种原因:
1、电线选择线径过小会导致电线发热,电线的选择通常按照设备额定电流(电机铭牌标注或按功率计算)的1.5倍来确定其安全载流量的大小。
2、接线不正确,当潜水泵错接电源时也会导致水泵运转不正常而电流增大。查找并更正错误接线可解决问题。
3、潜水泵错误使用。水泵超出规定扬程使用或缩减管径使用等会导致水泵超负荷运行而引起电流增大。此问题只要正确安装使用水泵即可解决。
4、潜水泵有故障水泵机械或电气故障会导致电流增大。
5、潜水泵出现机械故障包括轴损毁运转不灵、叶轮堵塞异物卡死电机等,电气故障有匝间短路等。确定并排除故障即可解决。
简单来说,潜水泵电线发热不出水可能是因为有以下故障存在:
1.叶轮卡住;
2.电源电压过低;
3.电源断电或断相;
4.电缆线断裂;
5.插头损坏;
6.电缆线压降过大;
7.定子绕组损坏;电阻严重不平衡;其中一相或两相断路;对地绝缘电阻为零。
解决潜水泵电线发热不出水故障的方法:
1. 叶轮卡住的去除叶轮附近的脏物,随后用手盘动叶轮看其是不是能够旋转。若发现叶轮的端面同口环相擦,则需要密封垫降叶轮垫高一点。
2. 换用高扬程水泵,或降低水泵的扬程。
3. 逐步检查电源的保险丝和开关部分,发现并消除故障;检验三相温度继电器触点是否接通,并使之正常工作。
4. 查出断点并连接好电缆线。
5. 更换或修理插头。
6. 依据电缆线长度,选择合适的电缆规格,增大电缆的导电面积,减小电缆线压降。
7. 对定子绕组重新下线进行大修,按原来的设计数据进行重绕。
尤其是电缆线的规格,线径小电流大是*常见的导致潜水泵电线发热不出水的原因!

4. The submersible pump has a fault. The mechanical or electrical fault of the pump will cause the current to increase.
5. Mechanical failures of the submersible pump include shaft damage and poor operation, impeller blockage and foreign matters blocking the motor, and electrical failures include inter turn short circuit, etc. Identify and troubleshoot the problem.

3. power failure or phase failure;
4. broken cable;
5. the plug is damaged;

Methods to solve the problem that the electric wire of submersible pump is heated and does not flow water:
1. if the impeller is stuck, remove the dirt near the impeller, and then turn the impeller by hand to see if it can rotate. If the end face of the impeller is found to be rubbing against the ring, the sealing gasket shall be lowered and the impeller shall be padded higher.
2. replace the high lift pump or reduce the lift of the pump.
3. check the fuse and switch of the power supply step by step to find and eliminate the fault; Check whether the three-phase temperature relay contacts are connected and operate normally.
4. find out the breakpoint and connect the cable.
5. replace or repair the plug.
6. according to the cable length, select the appropriate cable specification, increase the conductive area of the cable and reduce the voltage drop of the cable.
7. the stator winding shall be rewound for overhaul according to the original design data.
